"First Benidorm trip"

The location was great facing the beach and easy to get to the old town or walk along the prom into the livelier parts of town

The moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome we were given an upgrade to a Sea View as it was a holiday to celebrate a birthday and anniversary I would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to the staff that arranged our surprise gifts on arrival and on my husband's birthday I was told you would make our visit memorable and you did. The hotel is a clean bright comfortable place to relax with fantastic views from your rooftop. Having worked in hotels I know how hard the staff must work to keep up the excellent standards that you have. So again Thank You

"Our stay at the Barcelo Benidorm"

Our stay at the Barcelo Benidorm Beach was excellent. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The only gripe was we would have liked more storage space. The WiFi is great all over the hotel. I don't know if other users have said but we went with Easyjet and the transfer coach had to park at a bus stop up the road as it is pedestrianised except taxis, it was a 5 minute walk. The tour operator never mentioned it at all
