La struttura è abbastanza silenziosa. Vicino a localini carini, un mercato coperto piccolo ma con bella frutta. Piccoli market vicini. Fermate bus vicine,servizio taxi vicinissimo.

La struttura è vecchia, c'è un forte odore di muffa e chiuso, il lavandino del bagno era piccolissimo con un rubinetto grande, non riuscivo neanche a lavarmi i denti, ( ho dovuto usare il lavandino della cucina)o a lavare il viso. La doccia era abbastanza nuova e confortevole.

Necesito opinar sobre este apartamento. Si tienes pensado viajar a Sevilla y la única opción es dormir en estos apartamentos, te aconsejo acostarte en el Parque Mari Luisa en un banco, será más cómodo que el colchón y la almohada del apartamento. Llevo los muelles marcados en la espalda. De la limpieza habría que hablar también, el baño no ha visto una desinfección en la vida y las zonas comunes tienen costras de hace mil años. El mantenimiento también deja que desear, puertas rotas, objetos oxidados.... Vaya, un meneo habría que darle a aquello!!
