La ubicación, las instalaciones y decoración del apartamento.

Tuvimos un problema con la asignación de habitaciones que ocasionó un momento muy incómodo con otro huésped. Por lo menos la reasignación de otra habitación fue rápida. Pero nos hizo perder bastante tiempo.

They kindly accepted late at night as an urgency, the department we booked was amazing, very clean, a washing machine, coffee to make, towels, even an iron

Schoon en modern apartment in het centrum. Autogarage om de hoek. Mooie binnentuin. Je ontsnapt even aan het lawaai van de stad.

Er werd traag gereageerd via whatsapp en niemand nam de telefoon op. We stonden lang op straat te wachten (met al onze spullen) voor we te horen kregen hoe we naar binnen konden.
