Puntos Positivos: ✅ Ubicación excelente: Aunque la calle es ruidosa y concurrida, el aislamiento acústico del cuarto es perfecto, lo que asegura tranquilidad. Además, la ubicación permite hacer muchas cosas a pie y el metro está cerca. ✅ Habitación cómoda: Espaciosa, con cama confortable, almohadas y toallas adecuadas. ✅ Limpieza: Muy buena. ✅ Zonas comunes: Espacios limpios, bien decorados y con buen gusto. ✅ Atención en el bar: Lucas fue educado y muy amable. Puntos Negativos: ❌ Recepción poco acogedora: La recepcionista fue monótona, no brindó información básica sobre el hotel y perdió la oportunidad de causar una buena impresión inicial. ❌ Desayuno mediocre: Malas reposiciones y calidad limitada. El personal fue poco amable y parecía evitar resolver problemas básicos como la falta de platos. Conclusión: El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y habitaciones cómodas, pero el servicio, especialmente en la recepción y el desayuno, necesita mejoras urgente.
