Great location and hotel! Quiet yet very close to city center historical sites and shopping.

The view was amazing from our Room 409. The hotel is beautiful. The bed and pillows were great. Bathroom shower was great and hair dryer. Everything top notch. TV had CNN, BBC English channels. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Hotel is located in front of cathedral of Toledo on a side street-quiet and easy to find. Staff was very helpful. Very clean and excellently maintained.

Loved this hotel. On a whirlwind trip through Spain, my husband and I stayed in three Áurea hotels and it is my new favorite chain. This hotel is beautifully decorated. The location is just a couple of minutes from the cathedral. The staff is lovely and helpful. Our room was beautiful and large. The room had everything I wanted: great lighting in the bathroom, a great hair dryer, outlets next to the nightstands, a great shower. We were very happy.

The only thing that I didn’t like about this hotel is that the standard rooms only accommodates two persons.

Very conveniently located right in the heart of Toledo, yet renovated beautifully leaving the historic character, which is rather rare in the middle of this Medieval town.

Staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel was gorgeous with great history. It was walking distance to everything. Only thing is you have to walk to the hotel due to the size of streets. Cars are not allowed in the town beside resident and delivery. So dont pack heavy! Otherwise it is absolutely beautiful.

The hotel consists of 7 old houses that had fallen into ruin and have now been converted into an excellent hotel seconds away from the cathedral. The hotel maintains a number archaeological features, and the staff will give you a tour of the hotel, showing you the original historic features of the facility which include ancient wall paintings and the patios of the old houses. Our room was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. The only real drawback is that the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, although the rooms do have a well stocked mini bar and a limited room service menu is available. Arguably this is not too important as you are in the very centre of Toledo.
