"Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento"

Buenas ubicación, cerca del parque Santa Catalina.

El alojamiento estaba sucio. Las cortinas manchadas y con quemaduras, las paredes sucias, el sofá lleno de manchas, al que le pusieron una manta por encima de dudosa limpieza.

El apartamento fue excelente, muy cómodo y limpio. El personal fue muy atento desde el primer momento. Teníamos que entrar antes de la hora prevista porque íbamos a un concierto y se portaron de maravilla. Raquel nos atendió estupendamente y consiguió que pudiéramos acceder al apartamento antes, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
