Que no había cobertura en la puerta del apartamento y la primera vez que accedes es un problema. Luego todo va bien con la señal wifi del apartamento.

A superb location. Very close to Playa de Las Cantera 2 min, central bus station Santa Catalina 10 min, Large shopping center Hiper Dino 12 min, Poema del Mar 15 min. Relatively freshly refurbished apartment. Some signs of wear and tear but overall quite nice. Well equipped kitchen. Very fast WiFi within the apartment. Latvian routers by MikroTik Working great.

Apartment access system is a disaster. Half functioning mobile app, key cards becoming inactive after some time of use. Not the best way to have a relaxing vacation. Normal keys work well for everyone else... Had to change TV remote battery myself. Sofa could use some deep cleaning. Stains all ower, burn cigarette hole.

la ubicacion es excelente, doblas la esquina y estas en la playa de las Canteras, un lujo. Centrico y con muchas cafeterias y restaurantes alrededor, calle muy silenciosa, perfecto para el descanso

The door key, which works via app was not working, when we came, as there is no coverage on the staircase and you need a mobile data to open the door. I had to go out of the building to ask them for WiFi password. They didn't provide a baby cot when though I've asked them for it. They promised it's gonna be there next morning but they lied. We waited the whole morning for the housekeeping, who came only after 12 and promised the baby cot. However there was no cot, when we came back home in the evening. Our nights were ruined as we had to sleep on the floor with our 1 year old. The TV was not working. The bathroom door locked me inside when I tried to close it from inside. I had a half an hour of nightmare at night, thinking I'm gonna sleep on the bathroom floor. The apartment floor was not clean when we arrived and I found hair on the floor. They don't provide a vacuum cleaner, so there was no chance for us to hoover it. The sink and the shower have problems with water going out, so I was swimming there after a small shower. All in all terrible experience compared to the amount we payed for the stay. If it was a cheap hostel, I would not be complaining.

Nothing really

Location really sketchy. Couldn't get in at 11pm. Woman on phone helpful but didn't explain about being connected to Internet. Didn't feel safe walking around. Room felt damp.

Super location. Bedrooms were very quiet. Bathroom shower was powerful and hot water on demand. Quick responses from apartment rental contact.

The bed was uncomfortable and sagged on one side. The duvets/bed sheets were dirty on arrival and needed to request to change. There were very few utensils...no kettle, toaster, cups, wine glasses - all needed to be requested. In general all of the furnishings were very cheap. The app for the key card system was very glitchy and the WiFi was unstable.
