The rooms were spacious

The noise was horrible and we were not warned abt the construction , staff was not welcoming at all, the guy was just cold.... No one made any effort to orientate us and Wht we can access.. The kids had to figure themselves when they wanted to swim.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Leute waren super freundlich.

Als die Klimaanlage für die Nacht ausgeschaltet wurde, wurde sie gefühlt noch lauter. Warum war uns nicht klar.

Very clean and quiet place. Staff was very helpful. Beautiful view of surroundings and accessible

The access to the room. Very steep slope and floor was slippery especially when it was wet. Wouldn’t be appropriate for an elderly person…

Le personnel était aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner étaient très bons. La chambre est confortable et optimale. Petit plus pour la télé connectée et la Clim ou brasseur d’air. Nous avons bien apprécié la vue suite à notre demande de changement de chambre.

Manque de pression d’eau dans la douche.

The design is modern and the room are spacious

The cleaning staff seem to not be paying attention to small details, the bedding and towels had stains as if they not been washed properly. The carpet on the side of the bed had particles which shows that it wasn’t dusted or vacuumed

Hospitality was not great. Location provided was further than indicated, we could not find the place due to lack of signage, hidden by trees and not visible at night. The breakfast was mediocre, some items on their menu was not available. The worst was the water pressure kept being off, and we were could not take proper shower, we had to keep phoning the receptionist to keep the pressure on. At night coming back we were given a number to call to open the gate, the number kept ringing with no response, we had to hoot for access. Not a pleasant stay.
