The location.

We never got the room on the pictures. There were no braai facilities as mentioned on the add,nor were there outdoor furniture. Lack of communication from management team. They seemed never minded and made no effort to accommodate us. We kept on getting one excuse after another. I made the booking more than 2 weeks in advance and expected the room I chose on booking. Com Terribly unhappy.
