Not clean. Foot stools disgusting and apt dusty. No ventilation at all unless you open the door.

This apartment was disgusting. Filthy. Pillows smelt like wee. Floors disgusting. If u got out the shower and walked to the room u feet were black. Dirty nappies in the dustbin in the bathroom with balls of hair. Balls of hair under the beds. Pots full of oil on the outsides. Towels full of hair. Braai area u cannot use full or bird nests and bird business. There was not even a fan at all.

Listen, I had to book out early the next morning. I have never in my life ever stayed in a unit so disgusting. We r very humble, but we do not have to live in that disgusting situation and would appreciate our money back for 2 nights.

The host was friendly.

The sewerage smell, noisy plumbing, noisy garage door.

I had unforseen circumstances and could only stay for one of the six nights booked. I came down to be with my sister who had to have heart surgery at Netcare Hospital. The surgeon decided to cancel the operation. Sadly, we had to return to Johannesburg. I requested a refund on the days not utilised and this was said to not be possible but it would be considered if I submit documentation from the cardiac surgeon. Dr van der Merwe has not yet gotten back to me. I want to know now if I get an affidavit from the police if Booking.com would consider paying some of the unutilized days back?

The WiFi was super slow that I ended up using my own mobile data. Please try to fix the WiFi connectivity.
