Love the modern, cleanliness of the unit. Extremely central to amenities, the DHL stadium, and beachfront. Great security. Parking is just an issue.

The garage parking is difficult as we hired a combi/bus.

Geyser Switches in the DB kept on tripping. If we did not continuously put them up we would not have had hot water. There is a Leak in one bathroom which is clearly been going on a while as the door frame is rotten Leaking kettle. Windows were so dirty you could not see out. Our double bed was as soft as a marshmallow. It seems the springs have collapsed on the one side as it sags terrible and was very uncomfortable. No Nespresso machine Adding the cleaning fee of over R900 which does not show up on the initial pricing.

The location is fantastic with easy access to various locations and points of interest

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable but there is a serious need for maintenance in general The bathroom door cannot close fully, the studio section wifi is non existent. All kitchen doors and cupboard doors are loose and need attention

You advertise for a price and then you add cleaning fees. Must advertise better. All cupboard doors are loose and hinge screws falling out. coul not closest bathroom door Door was swollen due to water damage.

The property, was really, peaceful and relaxing... No false advertising. Everything was as promised in the description... Will be back soon.

That it was too short of a stay for me.
