"nightmare experience weekend away"

Reported kitchen floor was flooded when we checked in and reached out to agency as well as,reception...no mops provided and fridges was not working for 2 days!!Had to navigate washing dishes on wet floor becuz no dishwasher but advertised as such...they did not bother to call either only sms...ended up with a horrible weekend away walking in water,miffy kitchen smell and meat gone bad...wardrobes in one room broken as well and cannot move properly...worst ever at Kruger park lodge

Well equipped unit with a fantastic view. The host, Joey, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing helpful recommendations and quick responses to any queries. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
