Location was perfect. All relevant areas easily accessible. Mall very close and therefore one could access all the restaurants.

They can improve their kitchen. Food was salty and we could not visit their restaurant again! What an inconvenience…… Potholes on the main roads are a turn off although that’s the government’s responsibility.

Shower drain was blocked. Door handles need attention. Solar will be a bonus.

Location was perfect - right on the flowing river. Unit was clean & mostly functional. Beds were comfortable and warm. Wifi was easy to connect to. DSTV had limited options but was available.

Was unable to access unit before 4pm. Struggled to get the stove to work. It is either broken or we are really stupid - pressed every button and every combination of buttons without success. Had to prep dinner in relays via the microwave. There was a manual for the hob but not the stove. We also stupidly forgot to pack dishwashing liquid and there was none on site - couldn't wash coffee cups or lunch dishes to be re-used later etc, was a bit frustrating. Unit comes with loo rolls and soap - may be an idea to just include a small bottle of dishwashing liquid too.
