Self catering. Location was beautiful.

I first had issues with the host requesting a further deposit in case of damages, this amount was not disclosed on bookings.com but only advised after paying full price plus cleaning fee. This was the first accommodation I have come across requesting such a deposit (R2000) after booking. It felt as if they were expecting us to damage their property. Secondly, the accommodation was advertised with pictures of the facilities, specifically the pool area. But after retrieving keys, and not even in person, the agent advised on whatsapp that we were not permitted to use the estate facilities, being only the pool area. Again another example of failing to disclose certain information prior to bookings. I did not appreciate this at all, and for this reason, as much as the house was a beautiful space, the treatment by the host's agents would prevent me from ever booking this property again or any other property managed by them in the future.

The cleaning seems rushed. Nothing included to keep the place smelling fresh

Security and privacy of the property. Convenience to nearby restaurants, shopping centres, malls and of course the beach. The surrounding Estates also ensures more safety as security patrols are always visible.

Maybe have additional two-seater couch to accommodate at least the six guests. It was very uncomfortable to seat on a chair for a long time as there is limited couch sitting space for everyone.

The location was great and very secured.

Poor service , the access code to the property expired before our stay could come to an end. My family and I were stocked outside and the owners / the office took their time to give us another code . It was a horrible experience.

Superb location, quiet on the weekend, although there is a fair bit of construction in the week. Newish unit and great for a larger family. Comfy beds and variety of entertainment channels.

Admin from Propr Team can be improved. Keys were late. I needed to call through to get the entrance codes, these should have been sent prior to checking-in. Also only one code was sent for one vehicle, I had to call and message a few times before eventually receiving the additional code.
