Love love loved it

The location was great, in a beautiful estate surrounded by nature. It was so peaceful and serene.

The facilities, we had a pan that didn't have a handle, no paper Towel for the kitchen and then just small bins for bathroom.

The house is open and has more space even for 6 people. Mostly the main bedroom was beautiful.

We had the problem with the fridge.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The only MISUNDERSTANDING was the R1200.00 that I paid upfront for CLEANING.... I thought that was for a cleaner to come in every day for the 3 days we were there, but after the first morning when we came back from town, the unit had not been cleaned. I called the agent & I was told that the R1200.00 was NOT for daily cleaning, but a THOROUGH CLEANING AFTER WE LEAVE??? R1200.00 seems a bit steep! That I don't agree with at all. I feel I was cheated! When I'm on holiday, I do like my unit to be cleaned every day WHILE IM THERE RESTING!!.... NOT AFTER I LEAVE. I'm sure there are other people that agree with me.

The cleaness in the house. And the beds were in a good condition.

Someone tempared with the main switch so we didn't have access to TV nd our good melted. No access to the main pool while the estate pool was closed due to a function. While it was very sunny.

Being moved to unit 41 that is the same standard of units I booked at enaleni , unit has aircon and the backup power came in handy as there was quite a lot of load-shedding

Being booked at unit 25 that had smelly carpet , stuffy house with distasteful outdated deco and unnecessary furniture that crowded the unit And overall the arpartmeht was clustered and dirty and worse no aircon and heavy ambiance

The proximity to the beach and the quietness of the property

The property was not clean House keeping is not included The cost for house keeping is ridiculously high for a daily price. House keeping should be inclusive and part of the package, no person wants to go on a holiday and have to worry about cleaning. The daily cost would be acceptable if the place was found clean. I don’t believe the apartment was cleaned prior to our arrival. There are spider webs in the lounge and bedrooms There were cockroaches in the lounge, kitchen and bedroom at night The kitchen tops were dirty The fridge doors were filthy and had finger marks The patio table outside was literally brown with dust and the chairs were not wiped down as though guests were coming in. The couch is smelly and dusty. The carpet is smelly and dusty The staircase was dusty The cloth in the kitchen had a terrible stench to it. I’m not sure what preparations were done for guest checking in It made better sense to be out more then stay inside the apartment. Please do better. I personally would not want to return and wouldnt recommend it to friends and family if this is the level of cleanliness
