* Villa Jesdene is a boutique 3-bedroom guest house offering individually booked private rooms within a shared home environment. *Exclusive Use of the Entire House - Villa Jesdene can be enjoyed exclusively only if all three rooms are reserved. *Booking.com does not currently support a single “whole house” booking option, so guests wishing to have the property to themselves must ensure all three rooms are booked for the same dates. *Breakfast Information (Important): Breakfast at Villa Jesdene is thoughtfully curated and preordered from a highly regarded local café, Selva, known for its quality and fresh ingredients. To ensure hygiene, consistency, and flexibility for a small boutique guest house, breakfast is prepared off-site and delivered each morning, based on your selected preferences. This allows guests to enjoy a quality, café-style breakfast without the limitations of a fixed in-house menu. Please note: Villa Jesdene is a boutique guest house rather than a full-service hotel, and breakfast is not cooked on-site. * Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. * Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. * We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
