Everything about the house, it is very safe. Great house house keeper and host. Beautiful house with pool table.

Lage war super, Bahnhof in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch die Restaurants in Laufnähe, Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück wurde aus einem Restaurant geliefert und war ok

Die Liegenauflagen am Pool waren dreckig und kaputt, Poolwasser schmutzig, aber das liegt wohl an den vielen Pflanzen im Garten. Der Garten könnte allgemein gepflegter sein. Pool & Garten lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein

Quiet and clean, easy to arrange access and departure

Parking is a bit tight. Also, our aircon was switched on in our absence. I didn’t like that.

We booked for six nights but left after the first night and didn’t receive the full refund I asked for. Black mould on shower tiles, around bath and on bathroom ceilings - this alone is enough to close any establishment down. Extensive old established leak in dressing room with black mould on ceiling One room smelt of vomit on arrival Huge chip in basin which I see was reported by another guest in online review months ago and never replaced. Sink brown and pockmarked Bath chipped Another resin basin with cigarette burn Kettle on floor next to door as cable too short to put on table. Stained bedroom upholstery and stained garden furniture cushions . Washing machine plugged in in middle of pool room. Empty tv brackets just left on walls Exposed wires poking out of rubber casing left in wall where an old appliance had been removed Pedal bin broken, another bin dirty and covered with kids stickers Breakfast from outside source presented cold and sweaty in polystyrene box. Basic sliced bread presented in packet on breakfast table with margarine in plastic tub,cheap jam in plastic bucket and orange juice that has never met an orange. Bedside lampshade broken. I see this was reported months ago in online review by another guest but never replaced. Fridge in hanging cupboard so no place to hang clothes. No hangers in cupboard.

This place is not how it appears in the photos. It was very inconvenient to move out on Christmas Eve and find alternative accommodation at last minute. A complete disappointment and this property needs a complete overhaul and refurbishment as it’s outdated and tired.

They accommodated an early check in for me which was much appreciated since I was sick and needed to lay down.
