Only the view.

The privacy is not good. You cannot walk from the bathroom to the room without the people seeing you from outside. The shower nice looking but not practical as water pressure is to low and the water was only luke warm. Maybe an instruction manual how to operate the shower will help 🤔

Stunning view on the ocean

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die ein liebevolles sehr gutes Frühstück zubereitet haben. Die Lage ist in erster Reihe zum Meer sehr gut und ruhig. Wir hatten sogar eine Garage. Man muss allerdings mit dem Auto nach Hermanus fahren. Wir haben morgens vom Balkon bzw. Zimmer aus Orkas gesehen. Wir würden wieder kommen!

We had an amazing stay at Absolute Ocean! The views are absolutely stunning — you can see the ocean right from the terrace. We really enjoyed the beautiful walk along the coastal path and even spotted whales from the shore, which was unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back — a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Hermanus!

A wonderful guesthouse with an astonishing view over the Sandbaai ocean — we even spotted whales from our balcony in the morning! Service and hospitality were outstanding, and breakfast was large, fresh, and delicious.

It would be great to have a few more snack options in the afternoon or evening, as nearby restaurants are a bit of a drive away.

Провели здесь всего один день, но впечатления самые приятные. Место очень комфортное и безопасное, всё новое, чистое и продуманное до мелочей. Атмосфера дружелюбная, люди приветливые и создают ощущение уюта. Особенно понравился прекрасный вид на океан — весь день наслаждались шумом волн и спокойствием. Хотелось бы остаться дольше!

Viele Treppen, eine nicht funktionierende Dusche und ein sehr schlechtes Frühstück.

La vista mozzafiato e la posizione ottimale in zona tranquilla ma non distante dal centro cittadino (meno di 10 minuti d’auto) rendono questa Guesthouse una soluzione eccellente per soggiornare ad Hermanus. Il personale è molto attento, la colazione è varia (ma come spesso accade in Sudafrica soprattutto dedicata al salato) e la pulizia è eccellente.
