The location was good and the apartment was clean with lots of space and the staff were friendly and welcoming

Since opening, this place has improved immensely. The apartment complex is located at the end of a lane way so it’s very quiet. The staff, kitchen, restaurant, reception and cleaning staff are absolutely amazing, while English can be a bit of a barrier, they make up for it in enthusiasm and friendliness. A big thank you to Lia in the restaurant. Everything is lovely and clean (Bali clean). There is a washing machine and dryer and filtered water in the rooms. Although check the water as we had some problems with some of the “filtered” water being not so filtered. It’s not the fault of the staff it’s the supplier. The breakfast’s certainly have improved since we were last here. The restaurant is open all day and the food is delicious. They now have completed the lovely pool area. If you are going to use the spa make sure they clearly understand what it is you want. Even though there is a kitchenette they provide very few utensils so you have to ask if you want more. There is a brand new gourmet supermarket right next door which stocks just about everything you will need and the coffee is lovely. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and many cafes and restaurants close by. The beds and pillows are quite firm.

The smokers. There isn’t a designated non smoking area so they smoke everywhere and we constantly found ourselves having to move tables in the restaurant due people lighting up while we were eating.

Lovely apartment styled room, with new facilities and comfortable furniture. Pool, gym and sauna all excellent.
