Amazing facilities and service, felt immediately welcome and had the best game drives with our exceptional driver Sam!

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were super sweet and ready to assist us with anything we needed or wanted. When an a la cart menu was offered it was delicious.

We advised the accommodation that we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. Upon arrival to the room nothing special was done for our special occasion. Just a note to say congratulations from the manager. We become close with a couple of the guests with one of the guests advising that they too were on their honeymoon and were impressed with their treatment upon arrival. They received a room upgrade and rose petals on their bed. Our room electricity would constantly go out and only after a major outage did they offer a room change at the family reserve when we were not satisfied with this resolution as we were willing to spend our honeymoon with families, we had just left our children at home to spend adult time together, they only then offered a room upgrade. The upgrade was not even worth it as we lost our pool and gained a spa which couldn’t really be utilised as the weather was 30 degrees and above. The game drives were available if you wanted to go on any. The game seemed to be new to the property so both rangers and game were getting to know each other. The game were really hard to find despite the property not being very large. The rooms were far from the restaurant so we would constantly have to call and seek staff to drive us around and at times it would take time for them to collect you. The electricity would constantly go out. With a lack of activities on offer other then a game drive at specific times of the day making those moments of no electricity isolating and took away from a holiday vibe. We were only afforded one lux meal upon arrival during our stay. The remainder of our stay was buffet meals which were lack lustre. I got the pleasure of eating at their sister game reserve which accommodated families. They too were doing buffet style meals however the quality of the presentation and taste of the meal was exceptional compared to the Babohi which was meant to be even more exceptional.

The staff were all exceptional. Sam was our guide and he was fantastic! We'll definitely visit again.

Everything. Friendly staff, very attentive.Awesome food. Nice facilities. As a solo traveller who just needed to rest this was a perfect location.

The drive to the property 😂😂😂 needs an off-road car.

The staff is exceptionally good and food was also great.

Ants and flies in the rooms and the entrance road is slippery when it rains we struggled to drive out.
