"We felt that it needed a manager to check, on the guests, breakfast staff, but also housekeeping."

The fresh fruit and yoghurt were good. The location was good. Overall, the standard of the food was disappointing

The cooked breakfast was disappointing.the eggs were either hard or half cooked! Delay in replenishing led to items on the plate being cold! Sausages & bacon are only cooked on one side. Only one coffee machine working for two days.

Great location. Brilliant breakfast options for a vegan. Friendly staff. Room service with lots of options. Nice and quiet in the hotel.

Nothing much! Vegan options in the rooms (such as oat milk) would be great if you know a guest is vegan. Air conditioning or a fan would be good - the window would have worried me a little if I stayed with children as it opened so wide.

"Lovely Brighton hotel close to the Dome"

The location is great and we were very comfortable for the night

There’s no allocated or linked parking so it was quite expensive to park at another location nearby which was safe

"It was ok"

Room was nice, and the hotel was nice.

Staff unhelpful and downright miserable. Hardly any breakfast food left on our first morning even tho went down for it in good time.
