Tolle Lage nah Strand, zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber und nachts leise (unser Zimmer war zur Seitenstraße raus)

Lokalizacja blisko plaży i jednocześnie blisko centrum. Czystość w pokoju i łazience oraz zadbane wnętrze. Wygodne łóżko z dużą ilością poduszek

The location and the size of the room

Was extremely filthy, full of dust, had to ask for the floors to be mopped properly at least 4 times during my 3 nights stay and they were still dirty. My infant baby’s clothes got damaged and were always dirty before we go out. We always had to wash our feet before going out and had to make sure we dont step on the floor from how dusty it was. There was all sorts of dirt under the bed that was also reported. We were not even offered slippers after complaining so many times. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Does not represent 4 star service. The house keeping team took my baby’s towel by mistake probably and we were told we’re not gonna be able to get it back which made our trip inconvenient. The same time I complained about it there was another guest with the same complaint that house keeping took her shirt. Couldnt wait to check out from this hotel. The worst for families with kids. I also sent an e-mail to complain and never heard back !

Booked Double Deluxe room but was given Double Delixe with extra bed. This made the room very small wirh only 1 chair. Small fridge would have been ideal.

Location is excellent, and the room size is good.
