cleanliness and very central location

The door wouldn't lock, and despite reporting it to the staff, it remained open. For £550 for four people a night, breakfast should have been included in the price.

"Comfortable but austere."

Really good breakfast selection. The room was quiet and the a/c highly effective. The staff were super polite and helpful. It's in good location with no direct road noise, so good to sleep with the window open. Decent size bathroom

There was no choice of pillows and the ones provided weren't great. The room was 'austere' in the way it was furnished - basic and functional furniture only - one bedside table, no soft furnishings, hard chair. The lighting was poor, very dim and the reading lamps were fixed in the wrong position.
