It had a lovely, busy, informal feel downstairs in the Reception. Staff were super friendly, great roof terrace and the room had everything you needed and designed well.

Breakfast was excellent.

Very cool property, nice facilities

I stayed in the property several times some time ago, I was amazed by simplicity and freedom. This time, the hotel appeared unsafe. Big fight room next door with physical violence, smashing the furniture. Security did not arrive for a long time, if ever. No police called. Not safe to stay. I did not like to spend time outside of the room. Staff kept saying that it is ok 😳. Do not think it was safe.

The location was great being very central and close to bars, restaurants and attractions as well as Central station and Buchanan bus station. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and excellent quality. Staff were welcoming and helpful and eager to check that we were happy with everything.

The only slight negative was that the wash basin was in the main room separate from the bathroom which contained the shower and toilet. I think this only applies in certain rooms and not all so might be worth checking on arrival or before.
