Location and style of hotel room.

Took us a little While to figure out the small Spot light went off with a double click of the wall button! Didn’t like the £50 holding charge either.

Great location

Smell in the corridors. The rooms are quite uncomfortable, for example, not even a single hook or a small table to put your toiletries or hang clothes/towel in the bathroom

L’emplacement proche du centre ville et du métro

La chambre PMR. Lors de la résa cela n’était pas précisé ! En 4 jours, nous avons déclenché l’alarme par erreur par erreur en tirant par inadvertance sur un fil rouge !

"Fix check in"

The breakfast was brilliant, perhaps best ever.

Check in. Arrived tired and had to jump through technology hoops. I resisted giving email and behold already I am bombarded - exactly what I feared. Everything was push button, client does it all. Whatever happened to giving your name and being given a key and info from receptionist? The receptionist was not welcoming and put me off greatly, hated it and despite later good impressions, i.e. breakfast I would avoid this place in future probably.

"A new type of hotel which was a lovely experience. And not just for young people. Would go back."

The overall concept is brilliant. A lot of thought went into this place. A place you can relax in compared to others. Staff are great and can't do enough to help.

Rooms were good but the double glazing in the windows doesn't work. Even when closed, it sounded like the windows were open. And could hear everything even 7 floors up.( hotel itself is very quiet though).
