"Not as advertised hidden costs"

The breakfast was really good Room was spacious

Parking onsite but had to pay for it Charged for child even though it was already included in booking and booking.com advertised as free child stay No wardrobe even though advertised as having wardrobe Room too hot couldn't turn heating off

The whole experience - really comfortable room, lovely breakfast.

The location and interiors of the hotel are lovely. Breakfast was nice and we slept well

I think the hidden fee re extra bed in the room needs maki by more explicit and should just be stated

"pleasant but slightly overpriced."

new hallgates location was perfect, it was clean and tidy.

there is no mini fridge in the room which made it difficult to store milk etc. milk was provided but it was down the stairs. also the booking was made for two adults and one child, booking.com stated that the child stays free.. on arrival we where given the exact same room as we stayed in previously however on this occasion we where charged £30 for the sofa bed which was slightly confusing. also the sink was blocked in the bathroom. which made brushing your teeth difficult.

"Lovely bespoke hotel near city centre"

Really lovely room, great staff, breakfast and short bus ride to city centre. Lovely added touch of birthday decorations for my partners bday!

To get milk you need to request from the reception. This is fine but there's no mini fridge in the room so you have to use it shortly after you request it from reception
