"Terrible."

Nothing was good. I couldn’t get into the hotel because no one sent me the door code, and the support staff ignored me. I sat outside the hotel for an entire hour, and no one resolved the problem.

Scammers and fraudsters. I asked if I could check in at 1:30 AM, and no one replied for 4 hours. When I called, I was told there was no one available and that they would not send me the code. When I requested a refund, they said check-in had already been made and gave me a support number. I called, but my calls were constantly disconnected, and no one ever answered.
