"A really nice place to stay near Exeter and not far from beach or Dartmoor"

Great location. Really nice pub with lovely staff. Dog friendly in most areas so well catered for. Steak night was very good and reasonable value.

Room a disable one (we are not!) but still nice. It was too hot despite radiator not being on. No other heating controls so opened window.

Had everything I needed cosy beautiful decor, the bed was so comfortable

The room didn’t have an iron, I probably could of called to get one though
