"An OK stay"

Staff was amazingly friendly. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

We didn't realise we booked a wheelchair accessible room. Don't know if we missed that in the booking or if that wasn't stated anywhere. This meant the bathroom floor was an unpleasant material, didn't seem too clean and the sink was very low. The rug in the room was genuinely filthy, we had to roll it up and put it to the side. It had tons of crusty stains and gross bits on it.

"Good hotel, great staff, poor mattress."

Receptionist couldn't be more helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Room had everything you need, even a little private courtyard.

The main purpose of a hotel is for sleep and it had the cheapest, softest, worst mattress. My back hurts! Why would you spend time and effort on getting all the fringe things absolutely right and get the one most important thing wrong.
