Nothing major in favour but I would have expected 2 chairs in a double room and there was no mini fridge to use and a lack of dresser space for putting clothes in. I asked the receptionist to bring a chair in on the second day of four but he either forgot or forgot to pass on the request.They also asked for £100 deposit if I was paying in cash for the stay which was obscene so I paid on my card. Breakfast was superb but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the minor issues which was unnecessary.

The reception and bar staff were always very helpful and friendly, and quick to solve any problems that occurred. would recommend and stay there again. House keeping could have been better.

I paid £220 for a delux double room. I was given an accessible room suitable for a wheelchair user. The window was narrow and didn’t let a great deal of light in. The bathroom sink was really small and very low. It was difficult to clean your teeth in it. The room was by no means delux

Lovely hotel in a great location for easy access to the city centre. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are lovely but lacking a fridge. Self serve breakfast had lots of choice. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.
