This is a lovely hotel and in a great location for the M&S Arena and Liverpool City Centre. Almost everything about the hotel was great but the check in was not, our room wasn't ready even though we were there after the check in time, apparently unless you check in online beforehand this isn't guaranteed so that would be my top tip for you! As we had a restaurant booked we had to leave our bags and get ready in the disabled toilets of the hotel reception - not ideal even though they were big enough and very clean.

Lovely hotel, really close to the city centre. Very clean and spacious room. Check in and check out was super easy. As we only stayed for one night, we didn’t get to check out all of the facilities but hoping to book again and find out. Really good price as well!

For the price of £240 per night, I expected better service from the hotel concierge, but instead I received a cold and direct welcome. The room was smaller than anticipated for three people, and the room amenities were not much vs other hotels I’ve stayed at. Ideal location however!

The stay was very good. Clean room and common areas. Breakfast good even though it was repetitive. The in room information about the available facilities was minimal. Unfortunately I found the attitude of the (male) front desk manager slightly arrogant at the time of checkout. He accused me of jumping the queue while I was trying to put my luggage in the holding area and then to join the queue. That left a bad taste in an otherwise decent stay.
