The location of this hotel was convenient for us. However, the room was incredibly small for 3 of us. The reception desk spoke to me like I was an idiot upon arrival bc I approached the desk rather than use the kiosk. Not sure why he was employed and standing at the desk if I was not supposed to talk to him.

Hotel was ok. Location good for shopping/dinner etc. Fan/aircon turned off and couldn't get it to stay on so room was hot. No fan in bathroom so whole room was steamy and stuffy. But otherwise all good.

Hotel is lovely. Beds comfortable, bathroom products lovely. Very disappointed with the breakfast, which was expensive at £18.75 a head. We went at 08.45 on a Friday morning. Coffee machines constantly ran out of coffee beans and milk. Not enough staff to refill these or the breakfast food items. Only 4 slices of crusts available in the bread boxes. No berries (bowl was empty), bacon was rock hard and very greasy, fried eggs had rock hard dried yolks and crispy greasy whites. Very messy surface areas, clearly not being kept on top of with food spills and mess everywhere. Felt sorry for the staff who clearly had far too much to do as they couldn’t keep on top of everything.

Brilliant stay here, the food was spacious & modern. AC available during the recent heatwave which was idea. Lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The hotel is very close to Liverpool ONE and Albert Dock which is great. Parking is off site, closest being QPark at Liverpool one, very safe for the car.

Great spot for access to the city centre. Close to car park and big room with King size bed. Good sized shower and lovely toiletries.
