Although the bed was made and the towels replaced every day, the used cups and glasses were not washed or removed and the milk and tea bags were not replenished. Only a small thing, but noticable. Evenso, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located in the city and parking at John Lewis with the hotels discount worked fine. Great for a football weekend to see the mighty Reds. Football buses close to hotel. Hotel was clean and modern and bar area had a good vibe to it….

Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work. Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure.

The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for site seeing and shopping in Liverpool, very central for all. Beds were very comfortable, we stayed 3 nights and had a good nights sleep. Good selection of food for breakfast which was all self serve. The check-in and checkout process is done online so you hardly see any staff in this hotel at all saying that our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day.

The stay for most part was excellent. Clean, comfy, security very good!!!!! And peaceful.We did find breakfast food was cold which did let you down, a little. I would however, suggest you include sweetners for coffees etc. I am diabetic, as is my daughter. I did use the sugar but it is against megical advice. Please consider an alternative to sugar.

Good size rooms, spacious and clean. Beds very comfy! Check in good. Check out - ok. Initially said everything was settled but later rang us to say there was still a charge so had to settle.
