The hotel was convenient for Liverpool One and the Albert docks. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. It was nothing fancy but served its purpose. Breakfast was ok, basically same as a Premier Inn breakfast buffet.

A comfortable stay but having booked a room for 3 people there was only 1 chair and 2 bottles of water on arrival. However the following day we asked house staff and got sorted. On the second day when the room was tidied and towels replenished and beverages a quick sweep through would have been nice as biscuit crumbs left on floor. Ground floor toilets need to be overseen regularly with the amount of traffic going through hotel to avoid unpleasant surprises! Breakfast was good except for the croissants and pain au chocolate were cold and hard probably been overheated which makes them go hard when cooled. Overall a very pleasant stay would I recommend - absolutely.

The hotel was fabulous, as soon as you walked in it felt lovely, clean and modern. The staff were also very helpful and very polite. The rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay here again and so close to the Docks.
