Good location and some rooms are clean but others showed stains on the sheets. Though there is air conditioning, it is controlled by the administration and they shut it down every night around midnight until early morning. Staff is very unfriendly and made no offers for VIP access until we had to mention it and even then they offered only 20% off drinks for only 24 hours. There is construction across the street which can be noisy in the morning but hopefully this will be resolved for other future guests.

Perfect hotel in the perfect location. Five minutes from the docks one way and 5 minutes from the shops the other. Discounted parking at John Lewis 2 minutes walk away. Come and go as you want - number plate recognition in place. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Only stayed for a night, comfortable stay. Quiet and convenient to points of interest. Staff very accommodating. Good breakfast selection. Only complaint is that there is only 1 chair for a room that can accommodate 2 people- would be nice to have a second chair to be provided.
