"Overall comfortable,clean and had the basic necessities I needed for my stay."

Clean spacious and bright. Air conditioning was working so that was a bonus as it was scratching hot that day. Bed and pillows were super comfortable!

1 minor issue was the shower, the water filled up in the tub while showering and wouldn’t drain, it was very slow to drain and no food services in the hotel so I had to order from Uber eats.

Great location for Heathrow airport. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. Spacious room.

The bathroom needed some TLC only 2 half toilet rolls so I ran out. My room wasn’t serviced not serviced on the second day. There wasn’t a fridge in the room which would have been handy.

Transparency of information. It was told that we will have free shuttle to airport which was untrue and it was more costly than other modes of transport.
