B&B HOTEL London Heathrow

Large room, airy, clean comfortable. Modern / clean / spartan / efficient feel to communal areas. Nice roomy bathroom. Ground floor bedroom needed the curtains closed from passing pedestrians Under Heathrow flight lines - which you don't hear due to the unopenable triple glazing but A/c works well in keeping the temparature down to 20.5C - ). Staff very good - but a bit short on numbers. Bed comfortable except for the cheap-shop pillows. Breakfast is an 'English style Buffet & good - unless they finish early. Restaurant menu/dinner is burgers, pizza and pasta - but little pub across the road sells Thai foor and there's an italian around the corner

No major faults that would stop us going again. Pillows are the thickness of a jam sandwhich - did someone steal the filling ? Breakfast was a buffet of cooked 'English' items - good range and very palatable but on Sunday at 09hs30 - an hour before breakfast finished - there were no cups for tea/coffee, no cutlery ( we used hot water from the tea machine to wash other peoples leavings, ) the vegetarian items - mushrooms/beans were finished and not replenished along with the croissants and other bits. Seemed to be one member of staff rushed off his feet not coping, but at bargain prices you get what you pay for Unable to sleep on the pillows and it took two calls and 30 minutes to get some more

La propreté du parking. Il est aussi sale que l'an passé. Plein de toiles d'araignées. De la poussière en quantité au sol. L'entrée et la sortie du parking ne sont pas faciles. Pour le prix de 15 livres par nuit, on peut espérer beaucoup plus PROPRE

Excellent staff who were very friendly and accommodating

Clean spacious and bright. Air conditioning was working so that was a bonus as it was scratching hot that day. Bed and pillows were super comfortable!

1 minor issue was the shower, the water filled up in the tub while showering and wouldn’t drain, it was very slow to drain and no food services in the hotel so I had to order from Uber eats.

Great location for Heathrow airport. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. Spacious room.

The bathroom needed some TLC only 2 half toilet rolls so I ran out. My room wasn’t serviced not serviced on the second day. There wasn’t a fridge in the room which would have been handy.

The close proximity of Heathrow airport and the ease of getting to and from the airport

What was there not to like? I have nothing that I would change
