B&B HOTEL London Heathrow

Las instalaciones están bien, más o menos como todos los hoteles b&b, aunque en este caso regular mantenidas. Lo mejor, el hervidor de agua para hacerse un té en la habitación. El desayuno buffet bastante completo.

El personal poco simpático y poco eficiente. El baño regular de limpio y la moqueta de la habitación definitivamente sucia. El inodoro del cuarto de baño sucio en el interior. El baño tenía el dispensador de jabón vacío y la cisterna no funcionaba bien. La cortina rota. Poco papel higiénico. Y lo peor de todo, ¡no te hacen la habitación si estás más de una noche!.

Bathroom floor like a skating ring. Especially getting out of bath slippery everywhere. I am 70. Not good

Very good breakfast which was included in the price of the room.

Self service check in! It says it's quick and easy but I found it long winded and difficult. I'd much rather talk to a person. I also couldn't see anything about the time of breakfast so had to talk to someone anyway to find that out. The room I had was nowhere near as clean and looked after as the last time I stayed there over a year ago. It looks like it's been well used which is obviously good for the hotel but it could do with a lick of paint and a deep clean in places.

B&B Hotel London Heathrow is the perfect choice if you’re getting in late or need to get to the airport early as it’s a very short distance away but very well priced and super comfortable. The hotel hoppa buses are much less expensive than a taxi and leave outside Terminal 5 and will drop you at the door of the hotel, the last one leaving Heathrow at 11:50 PM. I chose the B&B Hotel precisely for the proximity to the airport and the convenience of getting there but was delighted to find that it was really nice and so much more than I had expected. I really liked the modern decor and the interesting furniture in both the lobby and my spacious super clean room which for me made the hotel stand out. There was a decent buffet breakfast the next morning and the staff were very attentive. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely use this hotel again.
