Overall, Aside from the room access system, everything else met my expectations. I had a pleasant one-night stay. The room was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The neighborhood felt safe, and there was an excellent Italian restaurant within easy walking distance, making it a convenient location for an overnight stay before my flight. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Holiday Inn delivered a breakfast that did not disappoint, especially for travelers accustomed to a traditional American style breakfast. There was a good selection of hot items that were fresh, well stocked, and ready to enjoy each morning. It was an excellent way to start the day before heading out for business meetings or sightseeing. Combined with the friendly staff and clean dining area, the breakfast added real value to the overall stay.

My only significant criticism was the keyless room entry system. Rather than using a traditional key card, access required retrieving a PIN on my smartphone and entering it on the door keypad. While this may seem modern, I found it less practical for travelers. After a long day of travel, standing in the hallway with your back to the corridor while unlocking your phone, locating the code, and entering it into the keypad is an unnecessary inconvenience. If your hands are full with luggage, your phone screen is difficult to read, your battery is low, or you don't have reliable connectivity, the process becomes even more frustrating. It also requires using both hands with one holding the phone and the other entering the PIN, which can make you feel more vulnerable than simply using a key card. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and I would consider staying again if the entry process were simplified.

Fantastic staff. Very disappointed as my bed was so smelly a bit of a mould smell. Staff amazing, the neat staff. Highly recommend based on the amazing staff. .

The Aircon in my room sadly didn't work. It blew out 28degree air and it was hard to sleep.
