Unfortunately, my experience at this guest house was very disappointing. While the price was cheap, the overall condition of the place was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty and absolutely disgusting — the bed, walls, windows, and cupboards were all covered in muck and grime. On top of that, the entire place had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The headrest on the bed was broken and slanted, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. What was also frustrating is that the listing did not mention that the bathroom is shared with other guests. We were under the impression it was an en suite, and would not have booked if we had known otherwise. Due to the overall poor condition and cleanliness, we ended up booking alternative accommodation. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. The place is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy, they also somehow managed to leave a fraudulent review on my behalf that said the place is “value for money” no. You could not even pay me to stay here.

The location is kinda nice, within 10 minutes by foot from the light rail.

At first, it seemed like the "hotel" was just a cheap, shitty place to sleep, but nothing too bad: a very dirty window, scratched & dirty walls, a falling apart & blood-stained window blind, but otherwise bearable. No unpleasant smells, bed linen was clean, the toilet was okay except for the run out toilet paper. In the middle of the night, we found bedbugs, and a lot of them. This discovery explained stains on the walls and the window blind. We messaged the owner in the morning regarding the bedbugs, but got no response. Thus I think they are completely aware of them. All in all, I don't think this place should be listed on the booking.com since it fails to ensure basic sanitary conditions.

Unfortunately, our stay in this room was quite disappointing. The listing did not include any photos of the actual room we were booking, which in hindsight seems like a red flag. When we arrived, it was immediately clear that the room needed attention. The headboard on the bed was unstable and poorly secured. There were noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling, giving the entire space a dirty and neglected appearance. We also found holes in the wall around the light switch, which didn’t just look bad—they also raised safety concerns. On top of that, the key lock on the door was extremely difficult to use. It took several frustrating attempts just to get into the room each time, which is not something you want to deal with when you're tired from traveling. Overall, this room did not match what was advertised, and we felt misled. Until the owners make some much-needed repairs and post accurate photos of the actual room, we would not recommend staying here.
