Very rude no English and had cockroach’s or similar animals in the bedroom

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING- BE CAREFUL !

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Our experience at this property was shocking. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with what looked like a neglected, filthy building, with trash bags and piles of bed sheets dumped at the entrance. Some of them might have been clean, but they were simply left on the floor, exposed and unsupervised. After struggling to open the door with a faulty key, we entered what can only be described as the dirtiest room we have ever seen. There were stains everywhere – on the floor, the walls, the nightstand, the sheets, the mattress, and even the curtains. It was clear that this room had not been cleaned, possibly for a very long time. We did not stay the night. We immediately gathered our belongings and left, choosing to drive through the night back home rather than spend a single hour in that place. The photos I have uploaded clearly document the conditions described above. I strongly urge Booking.com to review and remove this listing. Keeping this property on the platform is misleading to travelers and directly undermines the trust and credibility of your service. EVEN WORSE: after a few days I discovered that after they had photographed the reservation number and pin, they wrote a fake comment with an excellent rating! The photo was taken by the woman who welcomed me at the property, under the pretense that she needed it for translation purposes. Unfortunately, she was not particularly clean and showed little willingness to assist guests.
