"Terrible and dirty place"

I had a terrible experience. I stayed awaiting for about 1 hour, with 2 kids, in the front door of the accomodation, for someone to attend me, no-one replyed at phone number or at the door bell. I was very afraid because the neighbourhood was not friendly, very dirty place and many police cars passing by. Another guest open the door to me, and after some more minutes someone appear to say what was my room. I request to canceled, but it was not accepted. I them got my stuff enter the room and confirm that it was also very poor conditions, dirty, thinks broken. I them leave the acckmodation right after. I do not recommend this place at all.
