"Grim!Avoid!"

It was Grim we walked back out,lice in the beds and hairs it was dirty everywhere I couldn’t stay there.

Everything location, cleanliness the lot.I was asked for ID and my sons even though they’re 14 and 15!

"Horrific"

I am rating this hotel 1star because 0 stars are not an option. I checked in to the hotel at around 11.45pm. When you enter the building there's a weird smell. Our room was upstairs. Steep stairs, but okay. Room 5 was allocated to us. It was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. The curtains were dirty. The room was smelly and even the walls were tainted. On top of it, bed bugs. We could not sleep the whole night. I got 15-20 bed bug bites on my body as you can see. We checked out immediately at 5am and asked the caretaker to talk to the manager and issue a refund. She agreed to it and acknowledged the bed bugs. We had booked the place for 2 nights, but only could stay for 5 hours. In return, they refunded us only 35% of our money. I have had serious health issues for bed bug bites since then and the property never responds. If you are looking for a nice trip, this place is a must avoid. Absolute horrific state of the property, bed bugs and extremely dirty.
