The reception and also the bar staff was very unfirendly ! I recieived a room that was occupied by a dog tha somone left in the room becuse the room was taken. The hotel is nice great loction new nice . But the staff is under any expectiaon not coustomer oriented not professional like in the 80" in Warsaw

It was amazing and very clean and excellent service given . The breakfast was fantastic . The roof is awesome and you can see the sunsetting with your drinks . The view has been amazing . I will definitely stay again in the same hotel next time when I am in Warsaw . I highly recommend 🤗
