Little Linney - Sleeps 2 - Garden - Parking - Wifi

We loved staying at the Little Linney! What a lovely cottage and super-amazing hosts Mike & Azita. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay - lovely warm and comfy bed, kitchen with electric kettle and cooking facilities, a hot shower with good water pressure, under-floor heating in the main part of the cottage, television etc. The location is good and a pleasant walk into the village (if its not raining, but if it is raining there are two umbrellas in the cottage that you can take with you🙂). There is a folder with suggestions of things to do and places nearby to see. When the electricity went out (not just the cottage, all around the area) Mike was so kind and thoughtful to provide extra blankets, candles, and a camping stove ! So sweet. Overall we had a fantastic stay! We will certainly come back to stay the next time I come to visit my mum in Hartland.

An extra small heater to roll near you would be ideal since it can get chilly sitting on the couch.

Very comfortable and well equipped self-contained apartment. Easy access, free parking, quiet country location. Interior was spotless and appealing, bed very comfortable, bathroom with shower excellent, cooking facilities excellent. Friendly, helpful and informative hosts. We had a lovely stay and would certainly visit again. Highly recommended. The village of Hartland and the surrounding area has superb scenery, Hartland Quay a real stand out, unique spot. Restaurants, pub within easy walking distance. For EV owners, there are charging points in the village.

Lovely quiet location, property larger than it appears, very clean, tidy, and well.equipped. Hosts were so lovely, friendly and accommodating.

Needs freeview antenna for TV. Very minor issue and not really a problem.

This was close to our friend’s house. Close to the plans we had made. Good value for money.

Very dusty and lots of cobwebs. Smelts musty when we arrived. Owner wasn’t overly friendly and we felt very judged. Shower stopped working on 1st night. Took 3 hours the following day to fix, and then was told it wouldn’t have broken if we didn’t put things down the toilet/sink but when we explained we hadn’t he didn’t seem to believe us because we are “city” girls. Also went thru our bin as we hadn’t recycled properly.
