Little Linney - Sleeps 2 - Garden - Parking - Wifi

Lovely picturesque location. Gorgeous countryside and views all around. Accommodation was cosy and warm, bed very comfortable, nice modern clean bathroom, brilliant shower. Had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

.Location .Was very clean .Big enough to move freely and have everything one can need while staying here. But still small enough to be a very cosy place to stay. .The garden with all sorts of fruits and veg growing and a nice spot to just sit and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. .Amazing sunset views from the garden .Close to some amazing locations for sightseeing and food .Mike and Azita were wonderful hosts and were very helpful with recommendations of places to see locally and sorting any issues out quickly.

The cottage was more spacious than expected and still lovely and cosy, we really felt at home. Comfy sofa to relax at end of the day. Pretty garden outlook and wonderful hosts. Mike gave us some really great local info and before we left fabulous tour of their veggie patch, which I loved as keen gardener myself. We highly recommend this property!

Problems working the smart to

Lovely, cosy little cottage in a quiet, rural location near the lovely little village of Hartland and not too far in the car from many other interesting areas to visit. We will, I'm sure, return in the future for another break.

I can't think of a negative comment as the place was exactly what we were looking for.

Very clean and comfortable it had everything we needed well equipped kitchen although no cooler but we knew this every thing else there the bathroom was huge with lovely shower the bed so comfortable I slept teary well right hidden in the countryside so quiet would stay again when in the area near to heatland and it’s amenities

The situation of the property was ideal near enough to the village to access amenities but just far enough for having the privacy. The first night we were there the stars were just amazing, so bright.

The cottage is a short walk from the village with all the amenities you need. We can highly recommend the Hart inn just off the village square. The cottage is down a short narrow lane in a very peaceful area and the hosts couldn’t do more they both care very much about their guests. The cottage is very clean bedding and towels are of good quality making a very comfortable stay. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday

Can’t think of anything worth mentioning

A nice quiet location, walkable distance from the village Hartland (with small supermarkets & several pubs). Close to Coast path for beautiful hikes. Very friendly hosts. Convenient: good bed, kitchen with every thing in it, maps of the region.
