Location was perfect, very close to everything House was cosy, warm and comfortable We stayed over Christmas and were provided with a Christmas tree, table decorations and a hamper Fantastic hosts

told that sofa beds in lounge to accommodate two people. No sofa beds there one person had to sleep on the floor disappointing

We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience

Location, very near to the centre of Windsor.

It is not a cottage but Terrace house with a very steep stair case to 2 bed rooms, with toilet down stairs. We also had no hot water to wash or shower. Call the owner twice and text her with no reply or answer to my text.

It had the facilities we required

Downstairs toilet and bathroom

Everything was so close by.

The stairs was to steep apart from that everything else was good.
