"Very comfortable stay"

Very comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Be aware that you need a physical credit card to pay the security deposit - they don't accept Google/Apple pay -fortunately I had a physical card with me. There was unfortunately a bit of noise from the street, but I suppose that's to be expected with a busy city centre hotel.

Dachgeschoss Zimmer mit Dachfenster, aus denen man nicht rausschauen konnte. Beim Saubermachen umgekippter Stuhl wurde liegen gelassen. Leere Flaschen wurden stehen gelassen. Statt kleiner Handtücher, drei Duschvorleger;). Der Flur war nicht sauber (voller angesammelter Staub). Insgesamt ok, aber bei der nächsten Reise dorthin werde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen, sicherlich eines mit Bar, an der man abends noch mit Leuten sitzen und etwas trinken kann.

"Wonderful stay! "

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. The rooms are tastefully decorated and superbly finished. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful! The breakfast offers good selection of salads, meats and etc including a al carte.

"Excellent Old Town Hotel"

Great location in old town. Everything is a short walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean, upscale hotel. Large room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Great stay, luxury brand new hotel with excellent noble materials, they have kept the ancient atmosphere and implementing a nice touch of modernity. Highly recommended in alternative to the "Big Stars" like Hilton

Fantastic location in rhe old town just 1 blocks from rhe main square. Fantastic bed linens and pillows and luxurios bathroom. Front desk were very helpful. Will stay here again!
