2-Bedroom Cottage with 2 Ensuites - Sleeps 6 Wifi

Beautiful, spacious house with everything you need .

Possibly a loo downstairs .

The host was really nice and helpful. The place was very comfy and the bedrooms were truly lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

It's not really a thing that I disliked but the only thing to consider could the location, depending on the purpose of your stay, and if you have a car. If you want to stay in the place to hang with a group of friends/romantic getaway, the place is perfect! It's a really nice and has a lovely garden. But, if you don't have a car, and want it as a place to stay while you spend your time in Rye, the place is a bit further than expected and walking to Rye could not be the safest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely to have the whole house to ourselves and both double rooms having an en-suite was the main reason for selecting this property to stay in. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was a bonus having some tea, coffee supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Home from home All our needs met

Would have been nice to have a bath and one shower room ..instead of two shower on suite

welcoming and helpful hosts, clean and comfy with plenty of space and everything we needed. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite. Lovely views from dining room and large garden and terrace at back.

Playdon is around a mile outside Rye, Sussex. Although on the Rye Road, house is set back and any passing traffic is not a problem. Lovely large shared grounds with the Owners. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable and cosy although quite spacious. Ideal for family.

No downstairs toilet but the 2 double bedrooms both have ensuite.

The cottage is beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. My 2 year old granddaughter loved wandering around the huge garden. Only a short drive into Rye and set in a peaceful location.
