GBWas presented beautifully and spotlessly clean. The hosts have thought of everything. The local pub is worth a visit and the location is super convenient for the east coast. Absolutely charming little cottage in a gorgeous quiet village and we will definitely stay again.
Really nothing to dislike. The parking was a little tight but hopefully that will be resolved when the cottage revocation has been completed.

The cottage was tiny, at least very small and we felt hoodwinked by the photo's on the Booking.com website.
GBExcellent accommodation, in all aspects, great communication with the owner, easy access, we stayed in The Little Smithy and it was perfect, quality furnishings and fittings, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The bed linen & towels were good quality and spotlessly clean, comfy bed & pillows, lovely little dressing area off the bathroom. Love the bathroom, especially the mirror, and the tiles!! It's a very well lit property which is always a good thing, I think. Lots of electric sockets, and storage. Outside seating was so private & a right suntrap. Location is brilliant for Filey & surrounding area, just near enough to walk into Filey. No 12 bus if you'd rather. £3. Nice local pub, does decent food. Premier shop & Coop in Hunmanby or a Tesco in Filey. Inghams for Fish & Chips in Filey, so good. We parked at Hunmanby Gap & walked along the beach into Filey, then walked back after our Fish & Chips ☺️. Took 45/50 to walk along the beach, tide times are posted at the carpark which cost £5 for the day. Lovely little cafe on the cliff side, stunning views. The cottage was so good to go back to it felt so cosy & like home from home. No faults at all from us, we were sad to leave & already looking into going back. 😍

GBGBThe old smithy is the perfect place to stay, it is all completely self contained and safe for pets. Cosy, Comfortable and everything you need for a seaside break. Great location 5 minute drive away from Filey town centre and the beach for all amenities including supermarket.
